My classes are very practical, because my goal for you, is to be able to cook the dishes yourself even after you return home,
so you’ll have a lasting memory of the time you spent in Bologna.
The lessons won’t simply focus on the execution of the recipes, but I will also explain the gastronomic and social history of each of the dishes we prepare.
I teach all the courses personally, and will strive to transmit to you as many notions as possible so that, when you go back home, your approach to food will be different.
All the lessons are in English, but I can also do them in French, German, Spanish or, for those who prefer it, Italian.
I keep my classes small (from just 2 up to max. 4 )
in order to be able to transmit the notions clearly to each and every participant and follow each participant during the learning process.
To have the time to teach all the techniques of the class in a relaxed, easy-going manner, all All this would not be possible with a lot of people.
